Terms and Conditions

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between SolUp E.A, Frixou 12, 19007 Marathonas (hereinafter the "Provider") and its clients (hereinafter the "Client").

Subject of the Contract

• The Provider offers services in the field of social media marketing, in particular strategy development, content creation, campaign management and other digital marketing services.
• The Provider does not guarantee a specific financial result, but the provision of the agreed services.
• The Provider may use its own staff or partners to perform the services.

No Provision of Staff (No Temporary Agency Work)

• The Provider performs its services independently and on its own responsibility.
• The contract does not involve the provision of employees within the meaning of the legislation on temporary agency work.
• The Provider's staff are subject exclusively to the Provider's supervision and are not integrated into the Client's organisation.

Client's Duty to Cooperate

The Client must provide in good time all information, access to systems and material required to perform the services.

Fees

• Fees are set by the agreement between the parties in each case.
• All prices are net and subject to the applicable VAT.
• For intra-Community transactions, the reverse charge mechanism may apply.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, without any deduction.

Liability

• The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
• The Provider is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profits.

Term and Termination

• The term of the contract is agreed individually between the parties.
• The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

Confidentiality

The parties must keep confidential all information they receive in the course of their cooperation.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Greek law applies.
• The courts at the Provider's registered office have jurisdiction over any disputes.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Greek version prevails.
